Possession of Marijuana (POM) - 09/2016

Client was the passenger of the vehicle during a traffic stop. Marijuana found between the side door and the passenger seat. Client admitted it was his and reached a plea agreement and have charge reduced to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. No probation, did not have license suspended and only paid $500 fine and court costs.
