Possession of Controlled Substance (POCS) - 10/2016

Client was charged with POCS and was facing 15 years to Life in prison.  Client had one prior trip to TDCJ for the same charge.

Reached plea agreement in which enhancement was abandoned and 4 years TDCJ.
