Client previously spent 4 years in TDCJ on 2 different Felony Convictions.
Client was pulled over and arrested for outstanding Parole violations.
When searched at the jail, client was charged for possession of cocaine and possession of methamphetamine that was found on his person.
Client faced 2 to 20 years in prison for each felony.
Reached plea agreement to have one POCS charge dismissed and pled to 2 years on the other POCS charge to run concurrent with previous pending conviction.
