Possession of Controlled Substance- Motion to Revoke

Client was on 10 years of probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was accused of an Assault Family Violence case and absconded on his felony probation. We were able to have his sentence reformed from 10 years to two years, the minimum sentence.
