Possession of Controlled Substance/ Bail Jumping

Client was charged with second-degree possession of a controlled substance. Client had a prior conviction and pen trip for possession of a controlled substance. Client failed to appear and was also charged with Bail jumping. Was able to plea client to the minimum two-year sentence which ran concurrent with his conviction out of another county.
