Possession of a Controlled Substance - 12/2017

Client was charged with 3rd degree felony of Possession of Controlled Substance, cocaine, which has a 2-10 year range of punishment. Officer inquired if there was any contraband in the car, client responded that he had a pipe and cocaine. Client received 2 yrs Deferred Adjudication Probation which is eligible for early term in one year. If he successfully completes it case will be dismissed and client will be eligible for a Non-Disclosure.
