Assault Causes Bodily Injury, Family Violence- Enhanced

Client was charged with felony assault of his wife. There were several third-party witnesses who saw her in distress and offered to assist her. There were three children who witnessed the assault and gave statements to the police as well. Client was on second-degree felony probation out of another county. Prosecution had recordings of the client admitting guilt. Client agreed to the minimum sentence.
