Theft by Check - 05/2018

Client was charged with felony theft by check. Client was accused of writing a $2000 check as down payment on a car. Client kept the car 2 years before it was repossessed. Client knew checking account was closed and had a prior conviction for forgery. Client plead to 12 days county jail credited by time served.
