Possession of Marijuana (POM) - 08/2018

Client was charged with possession of marijuana with a prior arrest for the same offense. When stopped for a traffic violation, the officer said he could smell burned marijuana. Client admitted to smoking earlier in the day and possibly having more in the car. Officer found marijuana and client was arrested. Was able to get charges dismissed with client completing 24 hours of community supervision and a drug offender education program.
