Defendant was charged with driving while intoxicated. Client's blood alcohol content came back more than twice the legal limit. Was able to negotiate a pretrial diversion contract which will allow the client's DWI to be dismissed after one year. This results also allows the driving while intoxicated charge to be expunged.
