Client was accused of intoxication assault in which he struck another car and had a passenger in his car. The people in the car he struck suffered broken ankle, a broken arm as well as a punctured lung. The passenger in his car had a broken arm. Client was an illegal alien and was able to have only one of the three potential charges indicted. Defendant received the minimum sentence and was eligible for release within 35 days.
