Client was stopped for speeding and consented to the search of his car. Police found bag containing state jail quantity of meth amphetamines in the floorboard. Client had two prior state jail arrests and six prior misdemeanor convictions. Client was able to plea the case to three years deferred adjudication and with no fine.
