Client was charged with possession of marijuana with a prior arrest for the same offense. When stopped for a traffic violation, the officer said he could smell burned marijuana. Then, the client admitted to smoking earlier in the day and possibly having more in the car. After a search, the officer found marijuana and the client was arrested. The charges were dismissed with client completing 24 hours of community supervision and a drug offender education program.
