Client was charged with Public Intoxication. The manager of a local restaurant called police and claimed client was extremely intoxicated and assaulting employees. Police arrived and forcibly removed him from the restaurant. When client became irate, he was strapped to a restraint chair for several hours. All charges were dismissed and client is now eligible for expunction of the arrest and charge.
